I personally didn&#039;t hear anything in that interview that influences what I&#039;ve set forth in this post/article. If anything, I&#039;m more convinced than ever that the &quot;second system effect&quot; is in full effect in this situation. The exercise to delineate the salient factors *still* has yet to be been done, and until that&#039;s been presented in a cogent way there&#039;s no opportunity for meaningful consideration.</description>
