I personally didn't hear anything in that interview that influences what I've set forth in this post/article. If anything, I'm more convinced than ever that the "second system effect" is in full effect in this situation. The exercise to delineate the salient factors *still* has yet to be been done, and until that's been presented in a cogent way there's no opportunity for meaningful consideration.
